Chipboard screw is case-hardened carbon steel screw with sharp point and deep thread, specially designed for MDF, particle board and engineered wood panels. Countersunk head can be fully recessed into the board. Some versions with cutting tip to avoid splitting.

Material: Carbon steel (1022A), 304 stainless steel optional. Surface finish: yellow zinc, blue-white zinc, black phosphate. No tapping hole required, can be screwed directly into wood. Widely used for furniture, cabinets, hinges and carpentry installation.
