Belleville washer is conical disc elastic component. It generates elastic deformation under compression to provide stable high preload.

It can be used singly, or stacked in parallel/series arrangement to achieve different spring force requirements. Materials: Spring steel, A2(304)/A4(316) stainless steel. Surface treatment: black oxide, phosphating, zinc plated. Widely used for high-strength bolt anti-loosening, moulds, valves, construction machinery and hydraulic equipment, to compensate thermal expansion and stress relaxation.
