Integrated hexagonal nut with flange face and all-metal self-locking structure. No nylon insert. The deformed thread section generates clamping force to prevent loosening under vibration. The flange increases contact area, disperses pressure and eliminates the need for extra flat washers. Available in strength classes 8, 10, 12. Materials: carbon steel, alloy steel. Surface treatments include black oxide, zinc plating. Suitable for high-temperature, high-vibration working conditions, widely used in machinery, automobiles, engineering equipment.
