Spring washer is a helical split washer. It produces continuous elastic tension under compression to retain preload and assist anti-loosening against vibration.
Available materials: Carbon steel, 304(A2) / 316(A4) stainless steel.
Carbon steel finishes: black oxide, blue-white zinc, yellow zinc. Stainless steel: bright plain finish.
Commonly used together with hex bolts and flat washers. Widely adopted for machinery, steel structures, hardware brackets and outdoor installations.
