Product & Specifications

What fasteners do you manufacture?

Hex bolts (DIN 931/933, GB/T 5782/5783), nuts (DIN 934, GB/T 6170), washers, screws, threaded rods, anchors, rivets, custom fasteners. Carbon steel 4.8-12.9, alloy steel, stainless A2-70/A4-80.

What standards do you conform to?

DIN, ISO, GB/T, ASTM/ASME, EN. Includes DIN 931, DIN 933, DIN 934, DIN 912, ISO 4014, ISO 4017, GB/T 5782, GB/T 5783, ASTM A325, A490, A563.

What material grades are available?

Carbon steel: 4.8, 5.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9. Alloy: A193 B7/B7M, A320 L7/L7M. Stainless: A2-70 (304), A4-70/A4-80 (316). Brass, aluminum, titanium for custom.

What surface finishes do you offer?

Plain, black oxide, zinc plated (blue-white/yellow/color), HDG, mechanical galvanizing, Dacromet/Geomet, phosphating, passivation, PTFE, Xylan. Custom coatings per spec.

What size range do you cover?

Metric: M3-M64. Imperial: #6 to 2-1/2 inch. Lengths: 6mm-500mm standard, threaded rods up to 3m. Custom sizes from drawings or samples.

Ordering & MOQ

What is your MOQ?

Flexible MOQ depending on product, size, material. Standard stock items: small batch trials and mixed orders accepted. Custom/non-standard: typically 500-1000kg per spec. Contact us with your requirements.

Can I mix products in one shipment?

Yes, fully supported. Combine bolts, nuts, washers, screws, anchors in one container. Ideal for distributors. We optimize container loading to reduce logistics cost.

How do I place an order?

Do you accept custom/non-standard orders?

Yes. Provide drawings (PDF/DWG/DXF/STEP), samples, or specs. Engineering review + quotation with tooling costs and lead time. OEM and ODM both supported.

Pricing & Payment

How is pricing determined?

Based on product type, standard, material grade, size, finish, quantity, packaging, and raw material prices. Competitive factory-direct pricing with volume discounts. Send item list for accurate quote.

What payment terms do you accept?

T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, L/C at sight. Established customers: O/A with credit insurance. PayPal/Western Union for samples and small orders.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, tiered volume pricing. Larger orders = lower per-unit cost due to raw material, production, and packaging economies. Quotations show pricing tiers.

Are prices stable?

Prices influenced by steel wire rod market fluctuations. Quotations valid 15-30 days. Long-term contracts: fixed pricing or price adjustment mechanisms available.

Lead Time & Delivery

What is your typical lead time?

Eligible stocked items can enter the fastest 96-hour dispatch process after order and stock confirmation. Custom, non-stock and OEM orders follow a separately confirmed production and delivery schedule based on specification, quantity, finish, packaging and testing requirements.

Do you offer expedited/rush production?

Yes, for urgent projects. Expedited production available for additional fee depending on product type and schedule. Inform us of required delivery date at inquiry.

What shipping methods do you support?

Sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, express (DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT) for samples, land transport for neighbors. FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP, DDP terms. Your own forwarder also welcome.

Can you ship to my country?

We export to 50+ countries: North America, Europe, SE Asia, Middle East, Africa, South America, Oceania. Experienced with all international shipping docs. Contact us with destination for confirmation.

Quality & Certification

What certifications do you have?

Quality documentation is confirmed by product, order and destination requirements. Available records may include material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, coating or salt-spray reports, batch traceability and third-party inspection. Please request current certificates and their applicable scope before ordering; no certification should be assumed from this FAQ.

How do you ensure quality?

Incoming raw material inspection (chemical + mechanical), in-process dimensional monitoring, heat treatment batch traceability, surface finish inspection, final pre-shipment inspection (AQL or 100%), third-party inspection (SGS/BV/TUV) on request. Unique heat number per batch.

Do you provide Material Test Certificates (MTC)?

Material and inspection documents are confirmed per product and order. Where applicable, EN 10204 3.1 material documentation can be requested. EN 10204 3.2 or other third-party inspection must be agreed before production and is subject to the selected independent inspection route.

What is your salt spray test capability?

Salt-spray requirements must be agreed by coating system, substrate, test method, exposure time and acceptance criterion. ASTM B117 or ISO 9227 reports can be arranged or provided when applicable to the confirmed order; we do not apply one generic hour rating to every finish.

What if there is a quality issue?

Contact us immediately with photos and description. Quality team investigates promptly. Resolution: free replacement, credit for future orders, or refund as appropriate. We stand behind our products.

Samples

Do you provide free samples?

Yes, free samples for standard stock items (5-20 pieces per spec). Custom/non-standard: sample charges apply, deductible from first bulk order. Customer pays sample shipping (PayPal or courier account).

How long to receive samples?

Standard stock: prepared 1-3 days, express courier 3-7 days worldwide. Custom samples: 7-15 days depending on complexity. Estimated delivery date confirmed with sample request.

Can samples have my custom branding/packaging?

Yes, custom branded labels/packaging for OEM/ODM. Additional setup time and charges apply, quoted separately. Provide branding requirements (logo, label, packaging specs) with sample request.

OEM / ODM & Customization

OEM vs ODM - what is the difference?

OEM: manufacture to your exact specs/drawings/samples, under your brand with custom packaging. ODM: leverage our existing designs and engineering to develop custom solutions jointly, modifying standard designs for your application. Both fully supported.

Can you manufacture from my drawings/samples?

Absolutely. Accept PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, Parasolid, IGES drawings, physical samples, or specs. Engineering review + feasibility assessment + quotation (tooling costs if needed). First-article inspection reports (FAIR) before mass production.

Do you offer private label/custom packaging?

Yes: custom branded cartons/labels, custom-sized packaging, individual piece labeling/barcoding, retail-ready assortments, custom packing slips/docs. MOQ may apply for custom setup. Provide artwork for quotation.

What info do you need for a custom quote?

Drawings or detailed specs (standard, dimensions, tolerances), material grade, surface finish, quantity, packaging, testing/certification requirements, target delivery date. More detail = faster, more accurate quote. Unsure? Our engineers can recommend based on your application.

Warehouse & Value-Added Services

What is your free warehouse storage service?

Up to 180 days free storage for scheduled orders. Place bulk order for volume pricing, we store at no cost up to 180 days. Release partial shipments per your inventory needs or project schedule. Optimize cash flow, reduce your warehouse costs, ensure availability.

How does 180-day free storage work?

1. Place bulk order, pay full quantity. 2. We manufacture, inspect, store in dedicated warehouse area. 3. Notify us when you need partial shipment (3-5 days notice). 4. We prepare/ship requested qty, update remaining balance. 5. Repeat until full order shipped or 180 days expire. Extended storage beyond 180 days at nominal monthly fee.

What is 96-hour fast preparation?

Fastest 96-hour dispatch applies only to eligible stocked items after order, stock and payment confirmation. Picking, verification, export packing and document readiness are scheduled within the confirmed scope. Custom, non-stock and OEM orders follow their quoted lead times.

Do you offer VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory)?

For established customers with regular predictable orders, yes. We monitor your inventory levels (agreed min/max + consumption data) and auto-replenish. Combine with free storage. VMI customized per customer, typically requires minimum annual volume commitment. Contact us to discuss.

Can you provide kitting/assembly services?

Yes: pre-assemble bolt-nut-washer combos, create custom fastener kits (solar mounting kits, machinery kits), package assorted sets in custom-labeled kits, barcode/QR labeling. Streamlines assembly, reduces parts management. MOQ and setup charges may apply.

Where is your factory located?

No. 668 Longyuan Street, Yongnian District, Handan, Hebei, China. Yongnian is Chinas largest fastener manufacturing/distribution hub with complete supply chain. Manufacturing site in Linmingguan Town industrial zone. Convenient access to Beijing-Guangzhou railway and expressways.

What is your daily sales and supply integration capability?

Yuanpai has the integrated supply-chain capacity to support daily sales of 800 tonnes through our coordinated production, warehousing, procurement and delivery resources. This figure describes our overall sales and supply integration capability, not the output of a single factory or production line. Product-specific availability, lead time and process routes are confirmed during quotation.

Can I visit your factory?

Yes, welcome. Factory tours, production demos, QC reviews, face-to-face technical discussions. Contact in advance to schedule, arrange airport/station pickup. Handan: 2 hours by high-speed rail from Beijing, regional airport with connections. Virtual factory tours via video also available.

What are your business hours?

Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM (midnight) Beijing Time (UTC+8). Production operates multi-shift. Urgent matters outside hours: WhatsApp, on-call team responds ASAP. Chinese public holidays: Spring Festival (7-10 days Jan/Feb), National Day (Oct 1-7), others. Advance notice for holiday planning.

Do you have reps in my country?

Currently direct sales from China, serving worldwide via email/phone/online. No local overseas reps at this time. Sales team experienced with international customers, fluent English. Proficient in international trade, documentation, logistics. Can work with your appointed purchasing agent/trading company in your region.

Can you help with import customs clearance?

We provide comprehensive shipping docs: commercial invoices with HS codes, packing lists, certificates of origin (CO), MTC, other required docs. Can ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where we arrange/pay import duties, deliver to your door. DDP availability depends on destination and product type. Discuss preferred terms with sales team.
