Customer: EnerSol Renovables S.L. (Spain)
Project: 150MW solar power plant in Seville
Challenge: Need for high-strength, corrosion-resistant fasteners (Grade 10.9, hot-dip galvanized & Dacromet coated) with strict delivery timeline – all within 45 days.
The Challenge
EnerSol’s original supplier in Europe faced production delays and could not meet the required coating specifications (HDG + Dacromet on different batches). The project required:
100 tons of M16–M30 hex bolts, hot-dip galvanized (outdoor structural use)
60 tons of M20 flange bolts, Dacromet coated (eco-friendly anti-corrosion)
40 tons of high-strength nuts & thick washers (Grade 10.9)
The customer also needed 24/7 communication, batch traceability, and ISO certification documents for the end client.
Our Solution
Yuanpai Fastener offered a one-stop fastening solution from two of our specialized sub-brands:
Wolf Warrior – hot-dip galvanized bolts for the HDG portion
Mingyang – Dacromet coated fasteners for the environmentally sensitive area
Within 2 days, our engineering team provided drawings, technical data sheets, and test reports (meeting DIN/ISO standards). Thanks to our 70,000-ton stock and 800-ton daily output, we began production immediately.
We dedicated a full production line to this order, ensuring:
Strict coating thickness control (80–100µm for HDG, 8–12µm for Dacromet)
100% dimensional inspection with go/no-go gauges
Batch numbers stamped on each pallet for full traceability
All fasteners were packed in sea-worthy wooden pallets + VCI paper to prevent corrosion during transport.
The Results
Delivery: Completed in 38 days – 7 days ahead of schedule
Quality: Passed third-party inspection (SGS) with zero defects
Savings: EnerSol saved 18% compared to their previous European supplier
Repeat orders: EnerSol placed a second order for 900 tons in the following year for another solar project in Portugal
